Is your cat scaling counters, shredding furniture, ambushing ankles, or giving the carrier the side-eye of doom? You’re in the right place. We use gentle, science-based methods that make sense to cats, and the people who love them, so behaviour changes translate into a home that functions better for everyone.
We’ll start with a quick chat to hear about what’s going on, then meet online to create a realistic, cat-friendly plan that fits your home and your goals.
This meeting is about understanding what’s driving the behaviour, putting practical management in place, and getting started with training you can use immediately. Before we meet, you’ll complete a questionnaire and submit a couple of pages from your workbook to help us understand your cat’s environment, routines, and triggers. During our session, we’ll paw over the “why” behind their behaviour and create a tailored, practical plan you can start right away.
You’ll come away with a clear plan, demonstration videos, and a practical training framework you can apply across different goals. We’ll get you started with a simple, useful skill right away, plus two weeks of email and text follow-up support to help you build confidence as you put everything into action.
Once you’ve had your Clarity & Direction Meeting, you can choose the level of support that fits your needs, schedule, and goals. Sessions are held virtually via Google Meet for your cat’s comfort, with an opportunity to work in-person if the training steps call for it and only when your cat is comfortable and progressing well. No stress, no travel, no hissing involved.

You’ll receive ongoing guidance, flexible scheduling, and a mix of coaching, video review, and progress tracking to help changes stick.
With the right approach, cats learn just as effectively as dogs. Training gives them a clear way to understand what earns rewards, making behaviour change feel predictable rather than frustrating.
Cat training isn’t just about tricks for show. It helps with daily realities like scratching choices, accepting carriers, and completing care routines, the things that shape life at home.
Reward-based training gives cats choice and agency, which supports confidence and cooperation instead of avoiding you when you enter the room or causing additional behaviour issues such as aggression.
Once you understand how your cat learns, you can apply those skills to new goals as they come up — from enrichment to care to changes in routine.
Training improves communication. Instead of guessing or managing around behaviour, you gain clearer ways to guide and support your cat.
Cat training works best in short, thoughtful sessions. Even a few minutes at a time can lead to noticeable improvements in behaviour and daily routines.
